"I wanted to make better use of my training time to improve my cycling performance. I train about 6-8 hours per week, but I wasn’t getting any better and often felt fatigued. Due to a lack of knowledge about training, I couldn’t get the most out of my sessions. It’s frustrating when you train hard but don’t see any results.
