Cycling pro

The Pro package is suitable for cyclists who want to train as a professional and thereby pursue top performance. A well considered, individual exercise program will be developed which is based on an annual training plan. This plan will be evaluated on a weekly base by analyzing the training data after which the training intensities can be adjusted. Besides the general cycling form, there is also attention paid to core stability, and strength training. Finally, you receive a yearly dietary analysis and dietary advice.
