Jorre Nijboer

Place of residence: (The Netherlands)
Experience: I started mountain biking when I was 15 years old. I first trained for a year and a half, and then I started to compete in national mountain bike races. After the 2nd year of newcomers, I started training harder as a junior and got better results.
Skills: My qualities are the marathon races on the mountain bike, but I can also do well on a circuit where you have to turn around a lot.
Goals: I hope to be able to ride in road races and compete in mountain bike races and marathons.

"I like to have training guidance myself because in the past, when I was a first year junior, I always raced hard in the beginning of the season so that I was riding well, but at the end of the season it was often less easy because after a few races I thought it was all self-fulfilling.

With training guidance I can build up to the races and I am more motivated to train because I know what I have to do."
