The exercise test showed that he made a huge progression in his endurance base. His aerobic threshold increased by 45 watts compared to his last test a few weeks before is peak moment last year. Back then his aerobic threshold was 167 watts, now it is 212 watts. This is a progression of 21%. When René started to train with my training plans in 2013, his aerobic threshold was 149 watts. In two years time he made an improvement of 30%.
His anaerobic threshold is the same as last year during his peak. This means that Rene is at the same level as his peak moment last year with three months to go till the Ötztaler Radmarathon.
